The new indepedent studio flat is part of the 240 m2 coliving villa. With southeast orientation, a courtyard in front and access also to the garden in the back. The studio is private with a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher and an ensuite modern bathroom.
There is a common area shared with the other guests in addition to the studio, where you can find:
- Tropical garden with BBQ place and hammock
- Kite/Surf material and wetsuit washing, drying & storing areas
- Washing machine
- Iron & ironing board
